Directions

LaRose Muscular Therapy is located at 114 Water St., Milford, MA 01757. To get directions, we suggest using Mapquest. Alternatively, directions from some key landmarks can be found below.

From Route 495: take exit 18, then take a left at the end of the ramp which is 126 North. Continue straight onto Hartford Avenue until you reach Route 140 (about 2 or 3 miles, there is a traffic light), and take a right onto Route 140 North. Continue on 140 for Approx. 3 miles; you will cross over route 16 and pass the Milford Hospital on the right, then come to a blinking yellow light where you take a left onto Water Street. We are the first medical building on the left (enter the first driveway on the left).

From Milford: Take Route 16 West until you reach Route 140. Take a right onto Route 140 North. Pass the Milford Hospital on the right, and then go left onto Water Street at the blinking yellow light. We are the first medical building on the left (enter the first driveway on the left).

From Grafton: Once on route 140 south towards Milford, you will pass the Shaw’s plaza on the left. In about 100 yards you will see a blinking yellow light; take a right there onto Water Street. We are the first medical building on the left (enter the first driveway on the left).
